Windows is shipped with default screensavers, controlling screensavers is from Windows Control Panel, although in recent Windows versions right clicking on the desktop and choosing Personalize is more direct approach we clearly see that there not many options that deals on how to control screensaver especially if we wish to launch more that one in order or randomly. Control Screen Saver is a handt little tool that gives more power on how to handle Screen savers directly from Windows system tray icon.

Installation of the freeware is easy and can bet set to start with Windows. Right clicking on the program system tray icon reveals all options that the software offers.

If you would like to launch another screen saver then right click on Control Screen Saver system tray icon then choose Screen Saver and click on which Screen Saver you want as default.

There is also Auto Change Settings and allows the following:

• Choose Screen Saver Randomly.
• Change Screen Saver on program startup.
• Change Screen Saver on every Screen Saver start.
• Periodic Screen Saver change Enable or Disable.

You can also Configure Screen Saver List and disable the ones you do not like or camed as bundle with some software.

Double clicking on this system tray icon launches the screensaver, so if you are working and would like to hide what you are doing then this can be used as privacy defender. You can do this also with Hot Key and you are free to choose your favorite Hot Key. Another way to protect your privacy is to use the option Switch Off Monitor, then to Switch On Monitor just move your mouse on the desktop. If you wish to disable the software then a simple click on the icon will do.
